INFORMATION FOR GUESTS

Before You Arrive

A short guide to help you prepare for your stay. Please review the information below regarding arrivals, departures, bookings, payments, and our guest policies before you travel.

Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 11:00.
Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days before arrival require full payment within 48 hours.

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following conditions apply:

31 days or more before arrival: free cancellation
30 days or less: 100% forfeited
No shows: 100% cancellation fee
Early departure: no refund for unused nights
A 3% admin fee applies to all refunds

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation during peak season. Balance payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 0–3 stay free. Children aged 4–17 are charged at R1 000 per day. One adult travelling with one child pays the two-adults-sharing rate.

Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel. Designated smoking areas are located throughout the hotel premises.
