Consultation: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, intolerances or specific needs before your treatment. Certain treatments are not permitted for women in their first trimester of pregnancy.
Safety: We recommend not wearing jewellery during your visit and keeping valuables (including cell phones) safe in your room.
Payment: All treatments and products are payable at the end of your treatment or may be charged to your room.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Spanish Farm spa reserves the right to charge in full for treatments not cancelled within this period, or for no-shows.
Gift Vouchers: Available from the spa and redeemable only at Spanish Farm spa, for a specific treatment or value. The original voucher must be presented at your appointment. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or retail products and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
